| A minimum of one (1) year warranty on all work completed.

| Carrying a minimum of $2,000,000 in liability insurance.
| 3.
| Having WCB coverage where required and/or work only with sub-contractors who have WCB coverage.

| Carry all applicable business licenses and permits necessary to complete work projects.
| 5.
| Provide all potential clients with a FREE estimate.
